Dates of Parish Council Meetings for 2012 to be held at Royal Victoria Yacht Club

Chairman’s Annual Meeting  – usually held in March or April with guest speaker and an opportunity to meet the Chairman and Councillors  Parish Council Annual Meeting – usually held in May when annual reports and accounts are submitted.

22nd March – Chairman’s Annual Meeting – 7.30 p.m. Speaker from Hants & IW Ambulance Service. Refreshments available from 7.00 pm 12th April

10th May – AGM – with talk on Neighbourhood Watch scheme

12th July

August – no meeting

13th September

11th October

8th November

13th December

 

In addition, the Clerk and one or two Councillors attend a surgery every Tuesday morning at 10 a.m. at the Royal Victoria Yacht Club when parishioners can discuss matters of concern. Occasionally additional meetings are scheduled for Tuesday mornings where planning applications are time sensitive and a decision must be filed with IWC before the  next scheduled Council Meeting.
